Viewer access to the workspaces in scope is all that's needed. Nothing is changed during the review — it's a diagnosis, not an operation.

The review runs
Every sheet, automation, report, and dashboard in scope is examined. Your team's total time commitment is about an hour.
Step 3
Report & walkthrough
Within five business days you get the written report, the prioritised fix list, and a 30-minute walkthrough — then you can fix things yourself, or we can do it together.

Five business days from the day read-only access is shared. Most of the effort is on our side; your team's time commitment is about an hour in total.
Do you need full access to our Smartsheet account?
No. Viewer or commenter access to the workspaces in scope is enough. Nothing is changed during a Health Check — it is a review, not an intervention.
What happens after the Health Check?
The fix list is yours either way. Many teams action the quick wins themselves; if you'd like help with the structural items, that's quoted separately as a fixed-scope follow-up — never an open-ended retainer.
