We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, scope and deliver services, keep records of our correspondence, and improve how we describe our services. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Where it is stored and who else is involved
Some of the tools this website relies on are provided by third parties, which may store data outside Australia:
- The contact form is provided by Smartsheet. Information you submit through the form is processed and stored by Smartsheet under its own privacy policy.
- This site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google servers that includes your IP address.
- We use Google Analytics for aggregate site statistics, as described in the cookies section below.
- Our website hosting provider processes standard server logs, which can include IP addresses and browser details.
Email correspondence is stored in our business email system. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage and device information, which is processed by Google and may be stored outside Australia. We use this data only in aggregate to improve the site, and we do not use it to identify individuals or for advertising.

Access, correction, and complaints
